My current position at TSG Server & Storage, is President & CEO. I have been with TSG for 6 years and have been in the industry for 24 years. I previously worked at IBM for 18 years. I worked at IBM as a Client Rep & Business Unit Executive SMB.
I like my job as I get the opportunity to have Mike DuBois as my Partner, and the ability to build a company that is known for its people. I like the opportunity to surround myself with the most talented individuals in the industry. To build an environment that attracts and retains individuals that are passionate about their jobs and their customers business. To be able to create an environment that encourages employees to act like owners, with the freedom and ability to make win-win decisions with customers and vendors. I like at the end of the day, we (our team) has the final say in what/when/how decisions are made.
When I am not working, I enjoy all spectator sports, hanging with my kids, & hanging out at Joe Senser's on Friday night, tossing a few back.
