At TSG Server & Storage my duties include Presales Technical Support for IBM FlashSystems Storage, Nutanix HCI solutions, Lenovo Intel servers, Veeam backup solutions and other products/solutions. I have been with TSG since 2003 and have been in the industry since 1979. I worked 24 years at IBM starting as a Customer Engineer, then as a Systems Engineer and Product Sales Specialist.
Most of my Industry knowledge has been working with Small & Medium Businesses. Starting with IBM’s System 3x, AS/400 & then the IBM Power System i. I also worked several years focusing on IBM’s AIX servers & IBM Storage with Large IBM Customers in the Twin Cities area. At TSG I have been focusing on simplifying customer’s IT environments.
What I like most about my job is having the opportunity to work with many different customers and working on a variety of solutions. Being out in front of customers is definitely the most rewarding part of the job!
I‘m a big Vikings fan and have had Vikings season tickets since the mid 1980s. I’m still waiting….
